1. What data we access

After you explicitly authorize your own Lark account, CEO AI OS reads, read-only, only your own:

Calendar events (to show today's meetings)
Tasks assigned to you (to show your open tasks)
Approval requests pending for you (to show what awaits your decision)
Your own user identifier (open_id) to bind data to the correct account

We do not access other members' data, the organization directory, messages, files, or any company-wide information. We never write, modify, approve, or delete anything in Lark.

2. How data is stored

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest on the customer's own self-hosted server. They are never transmitted to, or stored by, any third-party service. The application runs entirely on infrastructure controlled by the customer.

3. How data is used & shared

Your data is used solely to render your personal executive dashboard, visible only to you (the account owner). We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party. No advertising, no profiling.

4. Retention & revocation

You can revoke access at any time in Lark → App authorization management. When you disconnect a workspace, its stored tokens are deleted. Uninstalling the app removes access.
